Living in Chapel Hill since 1989 and working in the Triangle professionally since 1996 gives me a vast understanding of the real estate market here. After years with Franklin Street Realty, I was a Senior Listing Agent with Redfin in 2018 and closed 22 properties that year -- from Cary to Saxapahaw and many points in between. I've closed over 70 transactions and love working for Fathom.
